DIRECTOR

  •  Sarah Moody has more than 20 years experience working with people, and since 2010 she has had a successful career in recruitment. Since 2017 she has solely specialised in IT business change & transformation with a keen focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

 

  • Sarah has helped build implementation teams for Microsoft Gold Partners and end user clients in the UK and overseas across retail, real estate, FMCG, media, public sector, oil & gas, engineering, recruitment, betting, manufacturing, supply chain, housing, food & beverage, and many more. â€‹

 

  • When not at work you will find Sarah with her fiancé Mike, son Nico and two step-daughters Ava & Sienna, probably in the park or out in the garden. Sarah is passionate about her family and friends, is a keen gardener and a lover of nature, flowers and all things green!

Shireen Mirahmadi-Parkes

SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

  • With more than 20 years experience working with people and in business development, Shireen joined the Source & Connect team in 2024, servicing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform clients and candidates.

  • Shireen is a proud Mum of two, and when not at work you will find her spending time with son Theo, daughter Thalia and their Chow Chow called Simba! 

​

  • Shireen is passionate about travel and experiencing different cultures. Being half Cypriot, half Iranian, she loves to cook lots of different cuisines! Shireen has travelled to Jamaica, Brazil, many Greek islands and of course Cyprus.
